Explore stunning Eastern Canada on this 8-day guided tour. See Niagara Falls, one of the world’s most breathtaking natural wonders, as you cruise the iconic waters on a narrated boat tour. Later, explore the idyllic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake before indulging in a sparkling wine at Chateau des Charmes. Day 1: Welcome to Toronto
Welcome to Canada. On arrival at Toronto Pearson International Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your luxury hotel, known for its grand architecture and glamorous atmosphere. This evening, enjoy a special Sabrage ceremony, a ritual that that dates back to the battles of Napoleon. At 18:00, join your Traveling Concierge and fellow travelers for a Welcome Dinner at Hothouse, a vibrant and upbeat eatery with a varied menu and extensive collection of wine.

Day 2: Niagara Falls Up Close and Toronto Sightseeing
Discover one of the world's great natural wonders, Niagara Falls. Choose to enjoy the views of Niagara Falls onboard a narrated cruise. Alternatively, experience Journey Behind the Falls, which offers a unique view of the falls from below and behind after you descend 150 feet (46 meters) by elevator to two observation decks.

Visit Chateau des Charmes, and take a private tour of this family-owned winery with a master vintner. Day 4: All About Ottawa

The rest of the day is yours at leisure. In the evening, you are invited to a farm-to-table Highlight Dinner at Play, Food & Wine. Famous for its fine fresh food, sourced by local farmers and foragers, this restaurant boasts a menu of seasonal favorites including organic meats, fruits and vegetables.

Day 5: The Old Walled City of Quebec

Day 6: Quintessential Quebec
