Located on the edge of the immense Anse la Raie lagoon on the north coast of Mauritius, the 4* Lagoon Attitude hotel is our most eco-committed property. Thanks to our efforts in environmental and social responsibility, the hotel has been Travelife Gold certified since 2017 and Lagoon Attitude is continuing its focus on sustainable tourism.

In addition to our upcycling activity, the ‘blue nets’ program for litter picking and our zero single-use plastic policy, we have created the Marine Discovery Centre, which is dedicated to the preservation of the marine ecosystem.

Lagoon Attitude has also an idyllic location for windsurfing and kitesurfing in Mauritius. Its typical Mauritian architecture and natural decoration offer a peaceful Mauritian stay.

Tours

Ile Aux Cerf Island:

After breakfast, Drive to Belle Mare to enjoy aquatic activities like parasailing, undersea walk, tube ride, waterfall visit at additional cost . Drive to Trou d’Eau Douce for the speedboat transfer to Ile aux Cerfs, the islet with the most beautiful beach and the clearest turquoise water. Free on island up to 15h30. Return back to mainland by speedboat.

Drive back to hotel.

Scenic South:

After breakfast, Proceed to Grand Bassin Sacred Lake Ganga Talao and Shiva temple the stunning 108 feet statue of “Mangal Mahadev”. View point on south coast overlooking the Indian ocean,  Drive to 23 Coloured Earth, discovering the endemic and Indigenous Flora and fauna, the waterfall and access to the many facilities of the reserve such as the Kids Garden, Cafeteria, and the restaurant, ( Enjoy activities such as :  Ziplines , quad biking, Mountain Luge kart, Nepalese bridge at an additional cost) Drive back to hotel.

WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES, WARM CLOTHES. PLEASE CARRY ONE UMBRELLA AND 1 XTRA SET OF CLOTHES IN CASE IF YOU WANT TO DO ANY ACTIVITY.

North Tour:

After breakfast, Drive the extinct crater of Trou aux Cerf’s volcano. proceed to Floreal , visit the ship models making factory ( reduced identical size). shop in the duty-free shops , handicraft market. Proceed towards  Port Louis the capital city visit the Citadel fort and its surrounding area. View the Champ de Mars racecourse, inaugurated in 1812; the oldest horse-racing club in the Southern Hemisphere, and one of the oldest in the world. Afterwards visit Kuan Fu tea art center, taste the black ripe tea followed by the Apravasi Ghat. Shopping in Le Caudan Waterfront the famous umbrella mall with some 170 shops. Drive back to hotel.

Tentative Itinerary

Day 1 

Welcome to Mauritius, one of the most beautiful islands on earth. On your arrival at Mauritius airport, our local tour co-ordinator will meet and greet you at the specified area and transfer you to the hotel. Check-in and relax. Rest of the day is at your own leisure.

Mauritius is a stunning place offering abundant natural beauty, rich history, lovely weather and gorgeous landscapes. In the evening, step out of your hotel and go for a walk besides the beach getting sand and soft sea waves in your toes and capturing heart warming beauty of sunset. Have your dinner and retire to your room for the night.
